Now Accepting Resumes For Student & Youth Positions!

Indian Bay Ecosystem Corporation are now accepting resumes for Summer Student & Youth positions until Friday, April 23rd. We are expecting a solid number of positions once funding is approved, through Canada Summer Jobs, Women in Science & Engineering (WISE NL), and other provincial programs. Age range is 15 – 30, must be legally allowed to work in Canada, & have a Social Insurance Number.

Positions involve working on projects within the Indian Bay Watershed, Cape Freels, & Newtown. Majority of work will be in the Watershed, and be based out of our office in Indian Bay. Projects include river restoration, shorebird data collection, cleanups, trail development, social media input, office work, and other related duties. Start date for all positions would be Monday, July 5th.

*resumes may be shared with the Indian Bay Park Committee to assist with their Summer Student & Youth positions, based on successful funding.
