Special Trout Management Areas – Winter Season Closing

DFO advises anglers that the winter angling season in several Special Trout Management Areas will close Sunday, April 1, 2012.

These Special Trout Management Areas are:

– Indian Bay Watershed;

– Northwest Brook Watershed (Indian Bay);

– Middle Brook Watershed;

– Star Lake.

The winter trout angling season for all other areas of insular Newfoundland will close on Sunday, April 15, 2012.
